The Aeroquip 16P818 hydraulic crimp fitting is made of steel and has a 1/4" NPTF thread size. It is designed for use with 1/4" OD tubing and has a working pressure of up to 5000 psi. The fitting has a hex nut for tightening and can be reused up to 2 times if properly crimped. It requires a hex crimping tool to properly secure tubing. This fitting allows easy assembly and disassembly of hydraulic tubing systems.

It has a working pressure of up to 5000 PSI and a temperature range of -40°F to +250°F. The fitting body is zinc plated steel with an O-ring seal. It is available in sizes -04 through -32 to accommodate a wide range of hose diameters. The fitting requires a hex crimping machine for proper installation. Overall, this is a heavy-duty hydraulic fitting suitable for high pressure hydraulic hose connections across a wide temperature range.
